Checking out the jPlayer to see whats what.
The jplayer has been adapted from it's default layout to fit a semi-fluid design.
Also using version 1.1.1 not 1.1.2 yet.
Whats exciting is this player doesn't rely on flash and appears to work in mobile browsers.

Mobile Playfullness
After testing, it seems like the volume control isn't working on iPod's mobile Safari, however the built-in volume works great, and there's plenty of gain!
Assuming most mobile devices have a ready-to go set of physical volume buttons -The jPlayer built in volume/mute/max anchors could be removed for mobile audiences, to save both space and confusion. :]
It can be done.
